Me Me Me Cosmetics | Face Powder, Cheek Tint & Dew Pot Review

Me Me Me Cosmetics; Flawless Face Powder / Coral Blossom Cheek & Lip Tint / Dew Pot in Silk Dusk

Today I’m going to show you a few products I’ve recently been trying from a brand that’s relatively new to me, Me Me Me Cosmetics. If you’ve not heard of them before, they’re a brand that reminds me of a cross between elf, Smooch and Benefit. They pride themselves in providing affordable luxury products and say that their range is a celebration of the free spirit within us all. (Keep reading for a unique 25% off voucher code)!

I for one really love the look of this brand and the packaging of the products feels luxurious. The Cheek & Lip Tint for example is in a gorgeous class bottle and feels weighty.

So from the Me Me Me Cosmetics range, I’ve got three products to share with you today; the Flawless Pressed Face Powder*, the Coral Blossom Cheek & Lip Tint* and one of their Dew Pots in Silk Dusk*.

Flawless Pressed Face Powder in Translucent

My first impressions of this powder are really good. I love a translucent powder for blotting makeup and helping to keep me shine free throughout the day. Plus the beauty with having a translucent shade, means that the powder will suit my skin type throughout the year. And my skin in particular, being so olive, tends to change a lot (especially in the summer months).

Me Me Me say:

“Keep shine free and under control with this lightweight and breathable handbag-friendly powder compact. Apply gently over your foundation for a flawless and effortless finish. Enriched with silk and Vitamin E which helps skin look younger by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.”

Me Me Me makeup artist tip:

“Keep on hand as an essential partner to your foundation to achieve a sheer flawless finish all day long.”

The packaging is pretty. I love the simplistic black compact, with it’s sponge and mirror. I love the graphics on all of their products, inspired I believe by Ancient Greece and the beauty and elegance of the Renaissance. I think the graphics capture this perfectly.

The sponge that comes with the compact is really thin and is a little tricky to use to apply but definitely handy for when you’re out and about. When at home however, I like to apply this powder with a large face brush, which brushes the product all over the face effortlessly.

I really like this Face Powder. I haven’t used a finishing powder for a while and to me, this is just what this product is brilliant for. After I’ve applied my foundation and concealer, a brush of this all over helps to blend everything together and creates a flawless finish. It’s really lovely. The product feels really smooth and silky too, is a pleasure to use and is just £5.99, so it’s a winner for me!

Coral Blossom Cheek & Lip Tint

This was a product that I was instantly excited to try. I can’t remember the last time I used a cheek tint as supposed to a powder or cream blusher, so this was something I was eager to get my mitts on! As I mentioned previously, my favourite colour during the Spring (and still is) is coral too, so this is just perfect!

Me Me Me say:

“These are our best selling hero products and are ideal for adding a flush of long-lasting colour to your cheeks and lips no matter what the occasion or skin tone. Our tints are concentrated to enhance and define.”

Me Me Me makeup artist tip:

“Dab along your cheek bone to instantly lift and brighten your complexion.”

The packaging of this tint is so cute. It’s a gorgeous little glass pot of coral, loveliness. I love it. I used 2 or 3 brushes of the tint across my cheeks and then blend in with my fingers. The tint comes with a standard nail varnish type brush, so is really easy to use.

Once I’ve blended 2-3 brushes, I then decide if I need any more. The consistency of the tint is great. It goes on like water and not glossy or sticky, so it’s easy to blend with the fingers and dries perfectly smooth and silky, so you wouldn’t know it was there.

There are two other cheek & lip tints in the range, including Cupid’s Kiss which is a much pinker shade and Cherub’s Blush which is a much deeper red and would be perfect on the lips. Coral Blossom is a beautiful coral pink and when applied, makes my cheeks look really naturally flushed. I really love the way this looks especially as I wouldn’t normally choose a coral shade for a blush. I’m going to be using this a lot and for just £5.50, it’s the perfect affordable way to add colour to your cheeks and lips.

Dew Pot in Silk Dusk

The dew pots are so cute! Little pots of gorgeous colour and with nine to choose from, there’s going to be something that suits your skin colouring and the season. The one I’m showing your today is Silk Dusk and is a beautiful pink/purple/metallic shade.

Me Me Me; Dew Pot in Silk Dusk

Me Me Me say:

“Our beautiful dew pots rich colour eye defining creams are perfect for adding an on-trend splash of colour to your look all year round.”

Me Me Me makeup artist tip:

“These can be applied as block colour or used to elegantly line the eyes with a hard angled brush.”

More recently I’ve got into using more metallic shades on my eyes and Silk Dusk is a colour that’s really fun for this time of year and into the autumn. I apply it all over the eye lid and then add a little cream/white in the inner corner of the eye, to open it a little. If I want to be more dramatic, I could add a darker eyeshadow shade to the outer corners and this Dew Pot would be the basis for a really pretty, metallic smoky eye.

I use an eye shadow brush to apply this product, as I’m not a massive fan of applying with my fingers. This works really well and gives me good control.

I really like the effect and will be sure to try more in the collection. At £7.25 for a 3ml pot, these will really last too as they’re so pigmented that you don’t need a lot to get the desired look. Perfect size for your handbag for top ups too!

Me Me Me; Using all three products

As you can see the results from using these products is really flawless. The powder is beautifully subtle, the cheek tint gives a natural flush and the cream shadow gives a subtle metallic shimmer to my eyelids. Using these few products has really made me excited about trying more. Next on my list is to try the Ultimate Eye Palette, which looks so pretty!
